Copper Sky Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If a paid order is canceled by Copper Sky Bakehouse, a full refund will be issued.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Fulfillment options — including local pickup, local delivery, and shipping — vary by product. Available options will be displayed at checkout.

Fresh baked goods are prepared for scheduled pickup or delivery dates. Shipping is available for select shelf-stable and Mercantile items only.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because fresh baked goods are perishable, all food sales are final. Eligible non-food Mercantile items may be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation in unused, original condition.

6. Personalized & Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and are final sale. Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details — including names, dates, spelling, colors, and sizes — before submitting an order.

7. Workshops & Classes

Registration for workshops and classes constitutes agreement to any specific terms, age requirements, and cancellation policies provided at the time of registration.
